Oats & Almond Pancake Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup GoodGrains Pancake Mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries & mangoes
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Prepare thin pancakes using the pancake mix, milk, and cinnamon.
  2. Spread Greek yogurt on each pancake, add fruits, and drizzle with honey.
  3. Roll them up like a wrap and enjoy!
  4. Serve with mint chutney or yogurt.
