Mushroom & Thyme Gluten Free Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup GoodGrains Gluten Free Red Lentil or Quinoa Pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta and set aside.
  2. Sauté mushrooms with olive oil, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Mix with pasta and serve.
