Lemon Garlic Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup GoodGrains Gluten Free Red Lentil or Quinoa Pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic.
  3. Add lemon juice, black pepper, chili flakes, and salt.
  4. Toss with pasta and serve.
