Pasta with Chickpeas & Sundried Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup GoodGrains Gluten Free Red Lentil or Quinoa Pasta
  • ½ cup canned chickpeas
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and sauté chickpeas, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss with pasta and serve.
