
Gluten Free Pasta Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup GoodGrains Gluten Free Red Lentil or Quinoa Pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup bell peppers, sliced
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- ¼ cup carrots, julienned
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté ginger-garlic paste.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in pasta, soy sauce, chili flakes, and sesame seeds.
- Toss well and serve hot.
