Gluten Free Pasta Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup GoodGrains Gluten Free Red Lentil or Quinoa Pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup bell peppers, sliced
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté ginger-garlic paste.
  3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix in pasta, soy sauce, chili flakes, and sesame seeds.
  5. Toss well and serve hot.
