
Gluten Free Tomato Basil Pasta

Ingredients:

1 cup GoodGrains Gluten Free Red Lentil or Quinoa Pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until golden.
- Add cherry tomatoes, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until tomatoes soften, then toss in the pasta and fresh basil.
- Mix well and serve.
