Gluten Free Tomato Basil Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup GoodGrains Gluten Free Red Lentil or Quinoa Pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until golden.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook until tomatoes soften, then toss in the pasta and fresh basil.
  5. Mix well and serve.
