Gluten Free Pasta in Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup GoodGrains Gluten Free Red Lentil or Quinoa Pasta
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup warm water

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta and set aside.
  2. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and water to form a sauce.
  3. Toss with pasta and serve.
