Garlic Spinach Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup GoodGrains Gluten Free Red Lentil or Quinoa Pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta as per package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
  4. Stir in black pepper, chili flakes, and salt.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta, mix well, and serve warm.
