
Garlic Spinach Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 cup GoodGrains Gluten Free Red Lentil or Quinoa Pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta as per package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
- Stir in black pepper, chili flakes, and salt.
- Toss in the cooked pasta, mix well, and serve warm.
