Choco Almond Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup GoodGrains Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp GoodGrains Chocolate Milk Mix
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp jaggery powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a thick dough-like batter. 
  2. Shape into small balls or mini bites and place on a greased baking tray.
  3. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until firm.
  4. Enjoy as a quick snack or a pre-workout energy bite.
