Ingredients

oats, whole wheat, organic brown sugar, black raisins, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and LOVE

Instructions

take 1 packet of GoodGrains banana bread mix, 12)
ml oil 3 big ripe bananas.

  1. preheat the oven to 180°c for 10 mins. grease and line 8"x4" loaf tin.
  2. mesh bananas in a bowl & mix with oil.
  3. add banana bread dry mix with meshed banana and oil. mix it well.
  4. add few drops of vanilla if you want.
  5. pour the mixture into prepared oiled tin.
  6. bake it in the oven for 35 mins at 180°c or till a knife comes out clean.
  7. let it cool for some time & enjoy your maida free delicious banana bread.


tip: add 1 egg or 2 tbsp curd for extra softness.
